How do Licenses Work?:  When you purchase a product from WheelBarrow Software Inc, you will receive a unique serial number for each product that you buy.  In order to use the product, the software requires you to activate the software using your serial number.  You can install your product on up to three machines that you are the primary user/owner of.  Additional licenses can be purchased at a discount if you contact us at support@wheelbarrowsoftware.com.  We utilize esellerate's activation technology to help us in the fight against software piracy.  As a registered user of our software, please assist us by not sharing your serial numbers with others.  Serial numbers can be blacklisted and deactivated using activation technology.


What are Your Sales / Payment Options:  

• Internet Sales:
  If you purchase our software on our web site, you can use any major credit card and download the product immediately. You also can (in addition) order a CD as a backup or to install on different machines (you get three activations per license)
  
  

• Phone Sales:  
  We will take orders over the phone, but typically, we ask you to leave a message at 1.201.486.7549.  Please let us know your name, contact number, best time to call you back and what product(s) you are interested in.  A representative for that product will get back to you in 24 hours. 
  
  

• Educational Sales:
  We accept PO's from leagues and schools.  If your league or school would like to purchase our software using a PO, please use this order form and follow the directions at the bottom of the form.  A copy of the PO is required in the fax.  A representative will contact you shortly after the fax is received.  All PO orders are shipped immediately upon receipt.
  
  

• Multi-Order / Bulk Sales:  
  We do offer discounts for large orders, but ask that you call us at 1.201.486.7549 for a quote.  On each of our play designer products is a link "League Sales" which will explain ore about the discounts and how the program works.
  
  

• Other:  
  We will accept personal checks and money orders, but we must wait until these items clear so the turnaround time can be longer then the above options.

How Will I Receive the Product?: When you make any order at WheelBarrow Software, you will receive a download (for free) with the product immediately upon purchase.  You will also have the option to add a CD to your order for backup or secondary installation.

Want a Backup CD?: When you order a product from our web site, it is an instant download via your receipt.  When you get the receipt you will have the option to order a CD.  If you have previously purchased our products, you can order a CD of your item by going to the cd order form:
