Who
uses this software?
WheelBarrow Software Inc. has been in business for over five
years and has thousands of users around the world. There
are 39 countries using our software. We have sold our
software to moms & dads, recreational, youth, prep,
high-school, college, & professional coaches. We offer
e-mail support with all of our software and we do our best to
answer your questions quickly and accurately.
Is the Software Easy to Use?
Our software is very easy to use. We have designed this
product for coaches, not for computer experts. It is straightforward,
helps you to save time, and provides an easy to use interface
for creating & editing plays. For example, you can
take any play and reuse the formation without ever drawing it
again. You can flip a play or formation from one side to
the other to assist in mirroring your plays...We have adding
many things into our newest versions to ensure that your time is
well spent and our software is easy to use. We have demo
and help videos on-line to show the major pieces of the software
in use.
I lost my serial # - what do I do?
We ask our customer to first try to retrieve their serial #
from here.
If you cannot get your serial # from there, please e-mail at support@wheelbarrowsoftware.com
us and we are happy to help.!
When & How do I receive the software?
All customers will receive an instant download of the product upon purchase.
Your will receive the download link on your screen and in your
receipt. You will also receive serial #'s for each
purchased product. These must be used to activate the
product. Follow to the next question if you want a CD as
well!
I
don't have the internet on my PC - how do I activate the
software manually?
There are several ways to activate the software - having the
internet makes it simple, but it is very easy without an
internet connection. You will need another PC or a
friend's PC with an internet connection to get a code, but
certainly it can be done - more instructions
here to understand the steps/screens to follow.
Can
I get a CD with the software on it?
Of course. All software orders come with the download
by default. We don't offer the CD by default as this
allows us to keep our prices down. For those of you who
would like a CD, there is an option to purchase a CD underneath
your cart. We ship the CD in 24-48 hours and shipping time
varies depending on where you live. Currently, we only
ship to North America.
How many times can I install the software?
You can install the software on up to three machines that YOU are the primary owner of. If you reinstall the software on the same machine it will NOT take a license away from you.
What version of Windows will I need?
Any version of Windows is compatible with the software. The latest Windows operating system,
XP & Vista are fully compatible with the latest release of
the Play Designer series.
Is
the fee that I'm paying a one time fee or a subscription?
The
software is not subscription based. Once you purchase the
software, you can use on the installed PC's for as long as you
own your PC. You will receive an upgrade for one year
which also will be good forever. We have many customers
who may upgrade to future versions, but that is your
choice.
Do
you have better deals for larger purchases?
Yes.
We have volume discounts & league discounts (click league
discounts on the left menu). Also, if you increase the
units in your cart, the amount per unit will decrease. If
you are looking for an order for more than 4 coaches, please
call us and we can work out a great deal to get you the
software. We typically only ask that we receive one
payment as this makes it easier to process.
Why
do I have to activate the product?
In
order for us to ensure that our product is not being illegally
used, we ask that you properly activate the product using our
registration screen before you can use the software. If
you PC is not connected to the internet, there are alternate
ways of activating the product on a browser on another machine.
Do
you share our personal information?
We
have a very strict privacy policy. We do not keep credit
card #'s and we do not share any order/personal information with
other companies. You can read more about our privacy

Can
I share this software with my assistant coaches?
No,
the license you have purchased is an individual license.
These license can only be used on three machines that YOU are
the primary user of. If you are interested in having other
coaches use the software, please contact
us.
I
am having trouble completing the registration of my software.
What did I do wrong?
Please
make sure you have typed the serial # correctly. If you
serial # starts with "FOOT", these are o's, not
zeros. Other than that however, there are no O's in our
serial #'s. Please include all of the dashes as well with
the serial #. If you continue to have an issue, please
